Principal/ Managing Director
Heidi Jolley
Heidi is the Principal & Founder of Syndicate Dance. Heidi is qualified through the NATD, She has been training since 2008 in various styles including: RAD Classical Ballet, Pointe, ISTD Tap, ISTD Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Commercial, Jazz, Majorettes, Cheer, Street Dance, Hip Hop & Acrobatics.
She has danced in many Performances, Events & Shows throughout the years including: Her Majesty’s Theatre, Disneyland Paris, Sadlers Wells, Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Stadium - FA Cup Final, O2 Arena and has also Choreographed performances for Her Majesty’s Theatre, London O2 Indigo Arena, Sadlers Wells Theatre, National Entertainment Awards & Disneyland Paris. She has also competed in Regional, National & International Competitions and has experienced auditions on Got to Dance.
Miss Heidi is also our Trained & Qualified Acrobatic Arts Teacher here at Syndicate Dance. Syndicate Dance is a certified school of Acrobatic Arts & Provides professional & Safe training for our students & given them the opportunity to do exams from Primary - Professional Level.

Rebecca Jackson
Rebecca is our Front of house here at the studio, Rebecca deals with our admin side of the school and welcomes all new starters into the school.

Demi Wood
Miss Demi is out Jazz Tech & Heels Teacher here at Syndicate dance! Demi has been dancing since she was 11 at a few local schools. There she fell in love with dance and knew she wanted to become a dance teacher! At 16, she went on to train professionally at dancebox studios and theatre works. Since leaving professional training she has taught at several schools around Northamptonshire, started up her own adult heels dancing business and now, opened up her beautiful studio, Stellar dance over in Wellingborough.

Joshua Freeman
Joshua-Samuel Freeman is a professional performer,teacher & Choreographer from Northamptonshire.
He started artistic men’s gymnastics at age 7 & then followed suit with dancing at age 8 in styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, commercial & many more!
Joshua graduated from the Urdang Academy (London) with a level 6 HND in professional dance and musical theatre in 2021.
He has since gone on to work and perform for the stage,screen and more.
Most notably recently working for “ HERE&NOW” the musicals appearance live on Britains got talent with “STEPS”live from the Hammersmith Apollo (choreographed by Matt Cole & Jane Mcmurtrie.
Appearing as a dancer on Mamma Mia’s “I have a dream” tv series Live from the Novello (choreographed by Anthony Van Laast & Nicola Treherne) and spent most of 2024 touring Australia,New Zealand & Ireland with “The world of musicals in concert” (Pippa Holliday) and working for FERRARI in Abu Dhabi for the formula one and winterfest season (Dane Bates & Popup Global)
Joshua specialises in Acro,Jazz & Lyrical and prides himself on providing the very best resources he can for future performers to thrive.

Keira Cable
Keira has been a member of Syndicate Dance for the past 4–5 years and has taken part in a wide range of performances and shows. These include appearances at Alton Towers, The London O2 Arena, Sadler's Wells, National Entertainment Awards, and the Formula E-Prix alongside music artist Ella Eyre.
Keira has also competed in numerous festivals and competitions, achieving outstanding results leading for her to even qualify for the Vibe Dance competition Finals. Her dedication and passion for dance have allowed her to gain extensive performance experience and develop into a versatile and accomplished performer.
Training in a variety of styles including Commercial, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, and Ballet, Keira continues to expand her knowledge and skills within the industry. Alongside her training at Syndicate Dance, she is also a member of Addict Youth and continuing to study dance at Ignite Performing Arts in September.
As a teacher, Keira leads Commercial classes for younger dancers, creating a positive and engaging environment where students can build confidence, technique, and performance skills. She has also choreographed a number of successful competition and performance pieces for Syndicate students, including Commercial, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Jazz solos, as well as duets. Keira enjoys helping dancers grow both technically and artistically, supporting them in reaching their full potential.
Keira is passionate about inspiring the next generation of performers and is excited to share her knowledge, creativity, and love of dance with every student she teaches.

Karla Head
Karla has been training with Miss Heidi & at Syndicate Dance for over 7 years & is now training at Addict Dance Academy.
Karla has taken part in many performances and shows Including Alton Towers, Her Majesty's Theatre, The London 02 Arena, Sadlers Wells, Disneyland Paris & has performed at the Formula E-Prix along side music artist Ella Eyre.
Karla has also competed in many Festivals/Competitions achieving outstanding results and has also choreographed her own pieces for some of the dancers her at Syndicate Dance, including a piece which was taken & performed at Disneyland Paris.
Karla has trained in a number of styles including Commercial, Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet, Tap, Street/Hip Hop, Jazz and has gained Distinctions in a number of RAD Classical Ballet exams taken here at the school.
